01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds belonging to, any third party.
• Each individual may maintain only one registered account on z99999. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

z99999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including a copy of your CNIC and proof of payment method ownership — at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by z99999 may result in account suspension or closure.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your z99999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. z99999 will never ask for your password by email, phone, or live chat.

You must notify z99999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, loss of your login credentials, or any other security compromise. z99999 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

09 Intellectual Property

10 Limitation of Liability

Where z99999 terminates an account for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. z99999 will provide written notice of termination and the reason thereof where it is safe and legally permissible to do so.

13 Amendments to These Terms

z99999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at z99999.org/terms-conditions, and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
